does this tee work for all three ports being the same size, or is one of them a different thread?

All three ports on this fitting are 7/8 inch SAE 37 degree flare male connections, so you're working with a uniform size across the board. No reducers or adapters needed if your lines are already running that size. It's a straight tee configuration, not a reducing style.
