Product Questions & Answers

Does this adapter hold up decent in hydraulic brake or power steering setups, or is it more of a fuel line kind of fitting?
Question by: Steve W on Apr 6, 2025, 5:05 PM
Brake, power steering, fuel lines, and transmission cooler lines are all listed applications for this fitting. The brass construction handles those systems well, and the Dura-Kote plating adds a layer of corrosion resistance that helps in environments where moisture or road grime is a regular factor. It's a legitimate multi-use adapter, not a single-purpose part.

Will this here fitting work for hooking up a transmission cooler line?
Question by: Hugh H on Oct 11, 2025, 2:27 PM
Designed for hydraulic brake, power steering, fuel lines, and transmission cooler lines, this Eaton Aeroquip male connector should suit that application. Just be sure your sizes match up, as it's a NPTF male to UNF female.
