trying to swap out an old elbow fitting. is this one 1/8 npt on one side and a 1/4 sae 45 flare on the other?

It is an NPTF male on one end in 1/8 inch size, and an SAE 45 degree male flare on the other end in 7/16 inch size, which is the common thread size used for a 1/4 tube 45 degree flare connection.
