got a -20 hose, will this end match up with it or am i barkin up the wrong tree

The hose side is sized for a -20 dash hose and it is listed as compatible with a 1 5/8 inch hose ID.

Does this fitting work with a 1-1/4 inch hose, or is that the thread size I'm looking at?

The 1.25 IN refers to the compatible hose ID, so yes, it pairs with a 1-1/4 inch inside diameter hose. The thread end is a 1 5/8-12 JIC 37-degree female swivel, and the other end is NPTF. Both ends serve different connection points in your assembly, so make sure you're matching each side to what you've got in your system.
