Will this plug work with any M18x1.5 threaded hole, or is it just for the Salami rear covers?

It's made as a direct-fit replacement for Salami 2.5PB Series rear covers. While the M18x1.5 thread size might be physically compatible with other components, the zero-leak design is specifically intended for Salami pumps.
