reckon this'll bolt right up to a standard SAE B flange setup?

This pump uses a 2-bolt SAE B mounting flange, so it should fit directly onto any compatible equipment. The shaft is a standard 7/8 13T splined SAE B type.

pump says clockwise rotation standard -- can that be changed if my setup needs it to run the other way?

Rotation can be switched by reversing the position of the drive shaft and driven shaft and rotating the front flange. It's not a permanent configuration, so if your system calls for counterclockwise you're not stuck buying a different unit. Just make sure the change is made correctly before installation since running it backwards without the proper adjustment will cause problems fast.
