Does this fitting need any special tooling or a crimping machine to get it put together, or is it something a fella can handle without all that extra equipment?

got a hose setup that takes a -12 hose, is this fitting the right size for that?

It is set up for a -12 hose dash size and it has an ORS female end on the fitting side.
