What kind of corrosion protection does this fitting have? Working in environments where moisture and rust are a real problem, so that matters a lot to us.

Dura-Kote plating is applied to the exterior, which gives it solid corrosion resistance for harsh or wet operating conditions. Carbon steel construction underneath keeps it sturdy, and the plating helps protect that steel from the kind of exposure that would normally shorten a fitting's service life pretty quick.

got a -10 hose here, is this the right ORS female fitting for it?

For a -10 hose setup, this fitting matches that hose dash size and it uses a female ORS end (End Type 1 is ORS, End Gender 1 is female, End Size 1 is 1). It is built as a fitting assembly meant to connect into a line, hose, or tube system.
