1CLLR100 Series Cushion (Double Relief) Cartridge Valves, Up To 5000 PSI & 40 GPM

Application	To protect both lines in a circuit from over pressurization by relieving oil to the other line. Ideal for use with motors or directional valves as a safety relief. Differential area, fast acting, poppet valve.
Features	Single cartridge relieving in both directions cutting down space requirements, giving full adjustment through its range on both pressures at the same time. Requires a machined A878 cavity or housing for installation.
Installation	44 ft-lbs torque cartridge into cavity. Unrestricted mounting position.
Recommended Filtration	ISO level 18/13 or better.
Specifications	40 gpm rated flow. 5000 psi maximum setting. CAUTION: Pressures over 3000 psi require a steel housing. -22° to +194°F operating temperature range. 0.31 cubic inches per minute max internal leakage. Based on oil temperature of 104°F and 150 SSU.
