got a -8 hose and need a male ORS end, is this the right kinda fitting for that?

For general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic work, this is a 1A Series crimp hose fitting with a male ORS end, and it’s sized for a -8 hose dash.

what's the corrosion resistance like on these fittings? got some equipment sitting in rough conditions and need something that'll hold up

Eaton Aeroquip put a Dura-Kote plating on this fitting specifically to handle corrosion. It's a step above standard zinc plating and holds up better in wet or exposed environments.
