Product Questions & Answers

does this fitting work with H277 hose, or do i need something different for that application?
Question by: Cheryl E on Aug 25, 2025, 5:53 PM
For general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic work, the 1AA10FJB12 is compatible with H277 hose. If your setup involves shock hazards, H435 is the recommended pairing instead. The fitting accepts a -12 dash size hose and uses a 7/8-14 SAE 37 female end on the line side, so as long as your hose ID matches the 0.75 inch compatible size, you should be in good shape.

got a -12 hose setup, is this the right female 37 degree end for it
Question by: Vince P on Mar 19, 2026, 7:47 PM
For a -12 hose dash size, this fitting matches up with a SAE 37 female end that is 7/8-14. It’s a permanent fitting assembly style, and it’s built for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulic service.

I need a good fitting for some medium pressure hydraulic lines, somethin' that can take a little bit of a jolt now and then. Is this Aeroquip fitting up to that?
Question by: Wayne W on Dec 23, 2025, 8:07 AM
Engineered for general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics, this fitting's often found working with H277 or H435 hoses in environments where shock hazards are a concern. So, yes, it's designed to hold up well in those conditions.
