trying to swap out a fitting on a -6 hose, is this one the right dash size?

fitting says it works with H277 or H435 hose where shock hazards exist, does that mean it ain't rated for shock conditions with other hose types?

For shock hazard applications, the H277 and H435 hoses are the specified pairings with this fitting. Using it with other hose types in those conditions falls outside what this assembly is engineered for. In general purpose low and medium pressure hydraulics without shock concerns, it can work with compatible hose configurations, but the shock hazard guidance is specific to those two hose types.
