what's the thread size on the NPT end of this fitting? trying to match it up to some existing lines we got running 1-inch connections

The NPT side comes in at 1 inch with an 11.5 thread pitch, so it carries the standard 1-11.5 NPTF callout. That male NPT end should mate up clean with any standard 1-inch female NPT port you've got on your existing lines.

trying to swap a DIN tube end over to NPT, is this the straight adapter with M36 x 2.0 on one side and 1 inch NPTF on the other?

For that DIN to pipe thread changeover, it matches a DIN tube connection on Side 1 with an M36 x 2.0 male thread (S25), and a male 1 inch 1-11.5 NPTF connection on Side 2.
