trying to swap out a flange and i keep seeing “12FORB-12ORF” on the old one, is this the same Code 61 style?

The G thread on this one is 1 1/16-12, and yes, the pipe size is 3/4 inch. It's part of Brennan's 1929-61 series built for Code 61 flange connections. The K2 thread for the bolt holes is 3/8-16, with a K1 drill size of 0.406.
