trying to swap a straight fitting on a DIN tube line, is this one the M16 x 1.5 to G 3/8-19 male to male piece?

For matching up two male ends, it’s a straight Adaptall connector with a DIN Tube side called out as M16 x 1.5 (size L10) and a BSPP side called out as G 3/8 - 19 (3/8 inch). Both sides are male.

got a hydraulic line running DIN tube on one end and need to tie into a BSPP port on the other side, this a straight-through fitting or does it have some kind of angle to it?

Straight through, no angle. One end is a DIN tube connection with an M16 x 1.5 thread, and the other end is a BSPP male at G 3/8 - 19. Both sides are male, so you're going male-to-male across the connection. If your line runs in a straight shot between those two port types, this fits that application without needing any additional adapters to change direction.
