trying to match up a replacement, what are the sizes on this 190000-5S fitting?

For fit-up, it has a female braze end with an end size of 0.3125 inch, and the hex size is 0.69 inch.

does this fitting need any kind of mandrel or special tool to put it together, or is it pretty much ready to go as-is?
