trying to swap out an adapter on a DIN tube line, is this the one with M22 x 1.5 on one end and 3/8 BSPP on the other?

For a straight stainless adapter that goes from a male DIN tube connection M22 x 1.5 (L15) to a male BSPP connection G 3/8 - 19 (3/8 inch), that matches what this part is built as.

Got a system running DIN tube fittings on one end and BSPP ports on the other, does this adapter bridge that gap without needing extra sealing hardware?

That's what it's built for. One side is a male DIN tube connection at M22 x 1.5 with an L15 size, and the other is a male BSPP at G 3/8-19, which is your 3/8 inch port.
