what kind of configurations does this motor come in? trying to figure out if it'll work for a wheel drive setup on a mower we're rebuilding

Three configurations are available, standard, wheel, and bearingless. For a wheel drive application on a mower, the wheel configuration would be the one to look at. The bearingless option is typically used where an external bearing arrangement is already part of the machine design, and the standard config covers most general-purpose mounting setups.

Wondering if this Char-Lynn Delta motor would be a good replacement for the one on my mower. It's been giving me trouble lately.

For mowers, the Char-Lynn Delta Series Motor works great. It's also used in scissor lifts, boom lifts, and industrial sweepers, so it should definitely have the power you need.
