got a 3/16 compression line, what exactly does this little connector mate up to on the other side?

It bridges two different connection styles in one piece. One end is for a 3/16 inch compression fitting, and the other end is a 1/8 inch female threaded connection, so you can tie a small compression line into a port or fitting that uses 1/8 male threads.
