Got some 3/8 tubing runs that make a sharp turn in a real cramped spot. Does the union on this fitting actually let you break it apart at both ends, or just one side?

Both ends of this fitting can be disassembled independently, which is the whole point of the union elbow design. That becomes a pretty big deal when you're working in a tight spot and need to pull one tube out without disturbing the other connection. Standard elbows lock you in once everything's torqued down, but this one gives you the flexibility to service either side on its own.
