Product Questions & Answers

Got a 1 1/2 inch tube line I'm trying to transition into a Code 62 flange connection at a 45 degree angle. This the right fitting for that?
Question by: Lynn B on Feb 10, 2026, 10:52 AM
For a 1 1/2 inch tube OD running into a Code 62 split flange port at a 45 degree offset, yes, that's exactly what this fitting covers. The male 37 degree flare end threads up at 1 7/8-12 UN, and the flange side is sized for a 1 1/2 inch Code 62 connection. The 45 degree elbow geometry handles the directional change right at the port, which keeps things cleaner than trying to bend tubing that close to a flange face.

Designed with a 37-degree male flare, this fitting is compatible with standard JIC connections.

trying to match up a 1803-2424 elbow i already got, is this the same part just with the newer number?
Question by: Norm H on Feb 13, 2026, 4:16 PM
The old SKU 1803-2424 cross references to this part number 1803-24-24-FG, and it is a 45 degree forged elbow in the Brennan 1803-FG series with a Code 62 split flange on one end and a male 37 flare on the other.
