Got a pump port that's M30 x 1.5 metric and I need to tie into a 1/2 inch NPT female line, this the right adapter for that?

That's what this one's built for. One end is M30 x 1.5 male metric, the other is 1/2-14 NPTF female, straight body, no angle. If your port is male metric and your line connection is female NPT, this bridges that gap without any extra fittings in between.
