Product Questions & Answers

Got a 1-inch tube line that needs a 90-degree turn in a tight spot, will the dimensions on this elbow actually work for something like that?
Question by: Neal J on Apr 11, 2025, 8:05 AM
For a 1-inch OD tube line, the fit should be right. The thread on the male JIC end is 1 5/16-12 UN, the flange side is sized for a 1-inch Code 61 flange port, and the across-flat measurement is 1 3/8 inches. The L1 runs 3.39 inches and L2 is 2.60 inches, so you can get a decent feel for how it'll sit in the space before you commit to the install. Tight quarters are exactly the kind of situation this form factor is built around.

Hey, will this elbow work with a standard 1-inch tube? Just wanna make sure before I order.
Question by: Eddie F on Mar 9, 2026, 10:30 AM
It's designed for use with a 1-inch outer diameter tube, according to the specs. So, yeah, it should fit just fine.
