Product Questions & Answers

got a 3/8 HTMA flat-face setup on a skid steer, will this male plug swap in without a bunch of messing around
Question by: Bonnie B on Oct 16, 2025, 10:31 AM
For a 3/8 HTMA flat-face connection, this male half is called out as interchangeable with HTMA couplings in the 3/8 inch size, and it uses a flat face internal connection type to help keep spills down during connect and disconnect.

Running a 3/8 HTMA setup on my skid steer loader and need a flat face male plug to replace one that got busted up. This the right fit?
Question by: Jerry B on Aug 21, 2025, 2:09 PM
For 3/8 HTMA couplings with a flat face configuration, yeah, this is the right piece. The 16FFP106UN is built specifically to be interchangeable with HTMA couplings in the 3/8 size, and the flat face internal connection type means it'll mate up clean with minimal fluid loss on disconnect. Carbon steel construction holds up well in the kind of abuse that comes with skid steer work, and the sleeve lock keeps it from backing out under pressure. Push-to-connect end type means no tools needed to get it seated.
