trying to swap out a straight adapter, is this one female bspP swivel on both ends and the same thread both sides?

Both ends are female BSPP swivels, and each side is threaded G 1-1/4 - 11, so it is a swivel x swivel with matching threads on both ends.

Correct on both counts. Both ends are female BSPP, each threaded to the G 1-1/4 - 11 standard, and both sides swivel.
