got a char-lynn motor apart for service, is this o-ring the right kind of replacement part or is it some generic seal

Sourced from Eaton Char-Lynn and also sold under the Danfoss Power Solutions brand, it is a genuine spare part O-ring meant to keep sealing integrity in hydraulic motors and related assemblies during service or repair.

Part number on the old o-ring wore off and I just need to confirm, is the 16133-12 a genuine Eaton Char-Lynn piece or an aftermarket substitute?

Genuine Eaton Char-Lynn, sourced directly from them. It also carries the Danfoss Power Solutions branding since those two lines merged, but the part itself is OEM. No aftermarket substitution on this one.
