Got a fitting that's been eating through coatings real fast out in the field. Does this plug hold up any better than standard steel fittings?

Carbon steel on its own can be hit or miss in rough conditions, but the Dura-Kote plating on this one puts it a step above bare steel fittings. That coating is specifically built for corrosion resistance, so it handles exposure better than your typical uncoated plug. If you've been burning through standard fittings, this should give you noticeably longer service life.
