trying to step down from a 2 inch BSPP port to a 1-1/2 inch BSPP line. is that what this swivel is for?

For reducing between BSPP sizes, it connects a 2 inch male BSPP thread (G 2-11) on one end to a 1-1/2 inch female BSPP swivel (G 1-1/2-11) on the other, all in a straight steel adapter.
