Is this tee made out of steel?

Yes, it's constructed from forged steel.

All three ports on this thing are the same size and thread type, right? Just want to make sure before I go trying to fit it into a line that's already running 1/4-inch connections.

All three ports are identical. Each one is a 1/4-18 female NPSM swivel, built to SAE J514 spec, with a drill size of 0.220 mm across the board. So if your existing lines are already running 1/4-18 male fittings, all three connections on this tee will match up the same way.
