Running a -12 hose on a piece of mining equipment and need a JIC male fitting that ain't gonna rust out on me. This one got any kind of coating on it?

Carbon steel fittings in rough environments can be a real weak point, but this one comes with Dura-Kote plating, which is specifically built to hold up against corrosion. It's been put to use in mining use, shipyards, and similar heavy-duty settings where conditions aren't exactly gentle on metal components. For a -12 hose dash size application, it's a direct fit.
