Got a seeder and a harvester both runnin low-speed hydraulic motors right now. this T-Series rated high enough to handle that kind of work or is 359 Nm more on the lighter end for harvest equipment?

For seeders, 359 Nm is well within range and you'd have no trouble there. On a harvester it depends on the specific drive function.
