Product Questions & Answers

what thread type is on the fitting end of this connector? trying to match it up to a port on some equipment and wanna make sure i got the right one before it ships
Question by: Joyce A on Apr 3, 2025, 1:51 PM
The male end on this connector is BSPP, which is British Standard Parallel Pipe. That's a straight thread commonly found on European-style hydraulic equipment and certain imported machinery. The other end connects to a standard line, hose, or tube. Both ends are 1/4 inch, so as long as your port is 1/4 BSPP, you're in good shape.

got a 1/4 inch tube line on one side and need to go into a 1/4 BSPP port, is that what this adapter’s for?
Question by: Steve C on Jul 8, 2025, 4:50 PM
Made for exactly that kind of hookup, it’s a straight adapter that goes from a line, hose, or tube connection on one end to a BSPP male connection on the other, both in 1/4 inch size.
