what's the thread setup on this elbow, both ends?

One end is a 3/8-18 female NPTF thread built to SAE J476, and the other is a 1/2-14 female NPSM swivel thread conforming to SAE J514. The NPSM swivel end gives you some rotational flexibility during installation, which helps a lot when you're working in tight spots and can't easily spin a line.

trying to swap out an elbow on my hydraulic line, what threads are on each end of this one?

On the B1 side you get a 3/8-18 female NPTF thread built to SAE J476. The other end is a 1/2-14 female NPSM swivel thread built to SAE J514, and the fitting is a 45 degree forged steel elbow.
