Product Questions & Answers

hose rated for fuel lines too, or just hydraulic fluid?
Question by: Daryl R on Dec 4, 2025, 6:55 PM
Fuel is one of the listed applications alongside hydraulics, air, and lubricating oils. The synthetic rubber tube handles gasoline as well, so it covers more than straight hydraulic work. One hose type doing multiple jobs is part of what makes this one worth keeping on hand.

got a tight spot to route hose, how sharp can i bend this 1/2 inch aeroquip before it kinks up
Question by: Wes B on Apr 26, 2025, 10:17 AM
For routing, the minimum bend radius is 4.2 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that radius helps avoid kinking and keeps the hose performing like it should.
