got a 1-11-1/2 male nptf on one side and need to swing into a 1-1/4-11-1/2 female swivel, is that what this elbow is?

For fitment, it is a 45 degree forged steel elbow with a male NPTF thread on B1 (1-11-1/2, SAE J476) and a female NPSM swivel on B2 (1-1/4-11-1/2, SAE J514).

what's the pressure rating on this elbow, and is it safe for dynamic hydraulic lines?

Rated at 2,000 PSI maximum dynamic pressure, so it holds up fine in active hydraulic circuits where pressure is constantly cycling. The forged steel construction keeps it solid under that kind of load. Just make sure your system stays within that ceiling and you won't have any issues.
