cross-referencing this part number against a couple others I've seen floating around, namely A2049-12-16S and FMC118-2653-011. these all the same fitting?

All three of those are alternate part numbers for this exact fitting. The A2049-12-16S, C1DV22, and FMC118-2653-011 references all point to the same Brennan Industries 1503-16-12-FG. If you've got one of those numbers on an old work order or parts list, you're looking at the right piece.

trying to replace a fitting on a hose, is this one the 45 degree swivel that goes from #16 male pipe to #12 female pipe?
