I'm swapping out a fitting on my hydraulic line. Will this elbow work with standard NPT threads?

This elbow has a Male NPTF thread (B1) and a Female NPSM Swivel thread (B2), both sized at 1/2-14. The NPTF thread conforms to SAE J476, while the NPSM Swivel thread adheres to SAE J514 standards.
