What kinda pressure can this thing handle?

This elbow fitting is rated for a maximum dynamic pressure of 6,000 psi.

Got a 1/2-14 NPTF male port on my manifold block, will the 08MP-06FPS mate up to that without any adapter in between?

That male thread is 1/2-14 NPTF, conforming to SAE J476, so it'll thread straight into a matching female NPTF port on your manifold with no extra adapter needed. The female swivel side is 3/8-18 NPSM per SAE J514, so just make sure whatever hose end or fitting you're connecting on that side matches up to that spec.

For fitment, the B1 end is a 1/2-14 male NPTF thread and the B2 end is a 3/8-18 female NPSM swivel thread. It is a 90 degree elbow, so it changes direction while making that thread transition.
