trying to swap out an elbow on a skid, what thread sizes are on each end of this 90?

On the male side it is 1/2-14 Male NPTF (SAE J476). The swivel side is 1/4-18 Female NPSM (SAE J514).

does this fitting handle 6000 psi or is that just a static rating? got some high-pressure lines i need to route at a 90 and want to make sure it'll hold up under load
