What kind of steel is this orifice screw made out of?

Thread size on this one is 5/16-24 -- that right for a standard Vickers valve body replacement?

For Vickers hydraulic systems using that thread spec, yes, the 5/16-24 thread on this screw orifice lines right up with standard Vickers valve body ports.
