Continental Hydraulics Inc is the manufacturer for that exact supplier part number. They produce these single gear pumps under the Hydreco product line.

Hydreco was updated to Ecc Brand Continental Hydraulics. So, yes, it is designed to replace Continental Hydraulics gear pumps.
