trying to swap out an old fitting, what threads are on each end of this adapter?

For fitment, it has a male NPTF thread on the B1 end in size 1-11-1/2 (SAE J476), and a female NPSM swivel thread on the B2 end in size 1-1/4-11-1/2 (SAE J514).
