Got a 3/4-14 male NPTF port on a hydraulic manifold and need to swivel a 1-11-1/2 female line onto it without leaking, this the right adapter for that?

That's exactly the connection this adapter is built for. One end is a 3/4-14 male NPTF thread conforming to SAE J476, and the other is a 1-11-1/2 female NPSM swivel per SAE J514. The swivel end lets the hose or line rotate during installation so you're not fighting twist, and the NPTF male side gives you a solid dry-seal connection at the port. On one side it has a 3/4-14 male NPTF thread built to SAE J476. The other side is a 1-11-1/2 female NPSM swivel thread built to SAE J514.
