pressure rating on this thing checks out to 5,000 psi? got some lines running pretty hard and need something that won't give out on me

trying to swap out an old adapter, is this one 1/2-14 on both ends and what thread types are they?

Both ends are 1/2-14. One side is a Male NPTF thread built to SAE J476, and the other side is a Female NPSM swivel thread built to SAE J514.
