does this fitting handle 6000 psi, or is that just a peak rating? trying to figure out if it'll hold up steady under pressure in a hydraulic line that dont let up much

Trying to swap out an old fitting, what threads are on each end of this 2MP-4FPX STR?

On the male side it has a 1/8-27 Male NPTF thread, and the other end is a 1/4-18 Female NPSM swivel. The thread specs called out are SAE J476 for the NPTF side and SAE J514 for the NPSM swivel side.
