got a 1/8-27 male nptf on one side and need a swivel female on the other. is that what this fitting is?

You are looking at a straight stainless connector with a 1/8-27 Male NPTF thread on one end and a 1/8-27 Female NPSM swivel thread on the other. The male side follows SAE J476 and the female swivel side follows SAE J514.
