trying to swap a fitting on my air brake line, is this one a straight NPTF male to tube connector and what size is it?

For air brake systems, it’s a straight adapter with an NPTF male thread on one end and a line, hose, or tube connection on the other. Both ends are listed as 0.375 inch size.
