bulkhead coupling got a 1/2-14 NPTF on one end and 1/4-18 NPTF on the other -- is that right for this part?

That's what you've got with the 1341. Male 1/2-14 NPTF threads on one end, female 1/4-18 NPTF on the other, brass construction throughout. It's built as a bulkhead-style coupling, so it's meant to pass through a panel or wall and lock connections on both sides. Just make sure your mating fittings match those thread specs before you button everything up.
