So this thing has a JIC on one side and BSPP on the other, right? Just want to make sure before I order.

That's correct, this elbow fitting features a Male JIC SAE 37-degree flare connection on one end (1-1/16-12 thread size) and a Male BSPP adjustable O-ring face seal port on the other (3/4-14 thread size).
