Will this here reducer let me hook up a M22 sized DIN tube to a M12 sized one?

Yes it will, this reducer directly connects a female DIN tube fitting (M22 x 1.5 thread, L15 size) to a male DIN tube fitting (M12 x 1.5 thread, L06 size).
